SLP Summit Recap: 5 Evidence-Based Strategies for Effective Vocabulary Intervention

We're continuing our series about Articulation Therapy over on the blog by diving into a case study that highlights the Complexity Approach. You'll be introduced to Sophie, a five-year-old preschooler who scored in the 1st percentile (Standard Score = 63) on the Goldman-Fristoe Test of Articulation (GFTA-3). We introduce the speech sound difficulties she struggled with, along with the targets we identified, goals we set, and activities to help her achieve them using the complexity approach.
